分析润滑油中的金属微粒,并确定其种类与含量,对判断机器故障和预防事故的发生是很有用的。在分析润滑油中的金属微粒时,虽然常用的吸收光谱法比发射光谱法花费的时间长,但它还是得到了广泛的应用。发射光谱法在分析的灵敏度和精度方面不如吸收光谱法,故不常使用。近来,研究出一种分析方法,克服了发射光谱法分析灵敏度和精度相对低的缺点,对该法已作了验证并与常用的吸收光谱法进行了对比。
Analysis of metal particles in lubricating oil, and to determine its type and content, to judge the machine failure and accident prevention is very useful. While analyzing the metallic particles in lubricating oil, it has been widely used, although the commonly used absorption spectroscopy takes longer than emission spectrometry. Emission spectrometry is less used in analytical sensitivity and accuracy than absorption spectroscopy. Recently, an analytical method has been developed to overcome the shortcomings of relatively low sensitivity and accuracy of emission spectrometry. The method has been validated and compared with the conventional absorption spectroscopy.
