在经济快速发展的今天,面对各种机遇和挑战,企业对物流成本进行有效的管理,不仅可以在很大程度上降低企业自身的成本,还可以提升企业的物流服务价格优势,提高企业的竞争实力,创造更大的经济利润空间,促进企业的长久发展。本文旨在通过对企业物流成本管理存在的主要问题进行分析,提出相应的应对策略,期望对提高企业经济效益及自身竞争优势有一定的借鉴意义。
In today’s rapid economic development, in the face of various opportunities and challenges, the effective management of logistics costs can not only reduce the cost of enterprises to a large extent, but also enhance the price advantage of logistics services and improve the efficiency of enterprises Competitive strength, create greater economic profit margins and promote the long-term development of enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the main problems existing in the logistics cost management of enterprises and put forward the corresponding coping strategies.
