近年来,在信息技术逐渐渗透于基础教育的过程中,教师信息技术应用能力水平成为人们关注的焦点。本文从技术素养、计划与准备、组织与管理、评估与诊断、学习与发展五个维度对某市初中教师信息技术应用能力现状进行了调查分析,尝试提出提升初中教师信息技术应用能力的对策,以促进信息技术与各学科课程的有效整合,提升初中课堂教学效果。
In recent years, with the gradual infiltration of information technology in basic education, teachers’ ability of using information technology has become the focus of attention. This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of information technology application ability of middle school teachers in a certain city from the five dimensions of technical literacy, planning and preparation, organization and management, assessment and diagnosis, learning and development, and tries to put forward the countermeasures to improve junior high school teachers’ information technology application ability, So as to promote the effective integration of information technology and various subject courses and enhance the effect of classroom teaching in junior middle schools.
