为改善眼窝填充手术效果，减少术后并发症，在大量临床实践中总结经验，对传统手术方法进行改良，并通过100余例临床观察，证实该术式的合理性和优势。目前国际上最常用的眼窝填充材料为羟基磷灰石（hydroxyapatite，HA）。对国产瑞德桑内联多孔羟基磷灰石义眼台做了多项生物相容性实验，证实该材料有高度组织相容性，受体血管可逐渐长入其中。135例临床应用结果表明，术后效果良好，与国外同类产品无差异，是一种良好的眼窝填充材料。 In order to improve the effect of orbital filling surgery and reduce postoperative complications, we summed up the experience in a large number of clinical practice, and improved the traditional surgical methods. Through more than 100 cases of clinical observation, the rationality and advantages of this technique were confirmed. At present, the most commonly used orbital filler in the world is hydroxyapatite (HA). A series of biocompatibility experiments were performed on the domestic Reid Sang intraocular porous hydroxyapatite artificial eye, which confirmed that the material has a high degree of histocompatibility and the recipient vessels can gradually grow into them. Clinical application of 135 cases showed that the effect is good, no difference with similar foreign products, is a good orbital filling material.
