党的十二大确定了我国经济建设的战略目标,要求在不断提高经济效益的前提下,力争到本世纪末实现我国工农业年总产值翻两番。把全部经济工作转到以提高经济效益为中心的轨道上来,努力实现增产增收,增加社会财富,这是一切经济部门落实党的十二大提出的经济建设的战略目标和战略任务所需要首先解决好的问题。粮食企业也不例外。
