在传统的观念看来,企业教育就是要让“老板”指挥着干。上级一个文件,“老板”要服从,负责教育的基层单位当然要照办。那么,现在为什么提出“不能只让老板指挥着干”的说法。不听“老板”的指挥,企业教育还有出路吗?这是记者在多处企业采访中了解到的企业教育干部、特别是那些企业教育改革比较成功的企业教育干部的一种新观点。听听那些企业教育干部的意见,联系企业教育改革的实践,我认为这种“新观点”还是有道理的。说穿了,“只让老板指挥着干”的企业教育
