目的:测定妊娠期高血压疾病患者血浆总同型半胱氨酸(t HCY)和维生素B12水平,以探讨该疾病患者血浆中2者之间的关系。方法:血浆t HCY水平测定采用荧光偏振免疫分析法,血清中维生素B12水平测定采用微粒子酶联免疫分析法。结果:232例妊娠期高血压疾病患者血浆t HCY水平和血清维生素B12水平为(12.46±3.98)μmol/L和(352.35±97.67)pmol/L,232例同期正常妊娠妇女血浆t HCY水平、血清中叶酸和维生素B12水平分别为(6.71±2.43)μmol/L和(438.63±129.45)pmol/L,2组比较均具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。97例重度妊娠期高血压疾病患者血浆中t HCY、血清叶酸及维生素B12水平分别为(15.07±5.22)μmol/L和(315.29±84.17)pmol/L,135例轻度妊娠期高血压疾病患者血浆中t HCY水平、血清中叶酸及维生素B12水平分别为(10.28±3.73)μmol/L和(390.23±114.34)pmol/L,2组比较均具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。相关分析发现,2组血浆t HCY水平与维生素B12水平均为负相关性。结论:妊娠期高血压疾病患者血浆中t HCY浓度呈显著性上升,维生素B12浓度呈显著性下降。伴随病情加重妊娠期高血压疾病患者血浆t HCY浓度呈上升趋势,血清叶酸、维生素B12浓度呈下降趋势。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the levels of plasma total homocysteine (t HCY) and vitamin B12 in patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy in order to investigate the relationship between the two in patients with the disease. Methods: Plasma t-HCY levels were determined by fluorescence polarization immunoassay and serum vitamin B12 levels by microparticle enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: The levels of t HCY and serum vitamin B12 in 232 pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were (12.46 ± 3.98) μmol / L and (352.35 ± 97.67) pmol / L, respectively. The serum t HCY levels in 232 normal pregnant women, The levels of folic acid and vitamin B12 were (6.71 ± 2.43) μmol / L and (438.63 ± 129.45) pmol / L, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.01). The serum levels of t HCY, serum folate and vitamin B12 in 97 patients with severe gestational hypertension were (15.07 ± 5.22) μmol / L and (315.29 ± 84.17) pmol / L respectively, and 135 patients with mild gestational hypertension Plasma t HCY levels, serum folic acid and vitamin B12 levels were (10.28 ± 3.73) μmol / L and (390.23 ± 114.34) pmol / L, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.01). Correlation analysis found that plasma t HCY levels and vitamin B12 levels were negatively correlated. Conclusion: The concentration of t HCY in plasma of patients with gestational hypertension is significantly increased, and the concentration of vitamin B12 is significantly decreased. With the aggravating of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, plasma t HCY concentration is on the rise, serum folic acid, vitamin B12 concentrations showed a downward trend.
