地处成都最繁华地段的皇冠假日大酒店右侧,一幢占地3亩,约两万平方米的深圳大厦在即将竣工之时,却因一起“零价格转让”合同纠纷搁浅。这起普普通通的股份转让纠纷案,在短短的一年半时间内经历了刑事、行政、民事三大诉讼,先后有四川省工商局、省公安厅、省检察院介入,案情扑朔迷离;发生争议的双方当事公司法人代表均为民营企业家,此案曾引起四川原省委书记的高度重视,并作出批示。
Located on the right side of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in the most prosperous area of Chengdu, a 3-acre Shenzhen building of about 20,000 square meters was stranded due to a “zero price transfer” contract dispute. This common share transfer dispute case experienced three major criminal, administrative and civil lawsuits in a short span of a year and a half. There were successively involved Sichuan Provincial Industry and Commerce Bureau, Provincial Public Security Department and Provincial Procuratorate. The case was complicated and confusing; Disputed party legal representative of both companies are private entrepreneurs, the case has aroused the attention of the former secretary of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, and make instructions.
