研究了硫脲溶液渗滤浸出处理Lac矿物有限公司的低品位金硫化物矿床(Bousquet V)。研究了渗滤速率,硫脲浓度、氧化剂(H_2O_2,Fe~(3+))和颗粒粒度等参数。为了限制硫脲分解并达到金萃取的最佳化,浸出电势必须保持在420mV~450mV(S.H.E)。Bousquet V矿石的最大萃取率在75天浸出后达到76%(H_2O_2)和83%(Fe~(3+)),硫脲消耗取决于Tu/氧化剂浓度比和所用的氧化剂性质。酸的消耗随矿石粒度变化(-9.54mm/+1.63mm为100kg/t;-19.04mm/+1.63mm为80kg/t)。
Thiourea solution leaching leaching treatment of Lac Minerals Co., Ltd., low-grade gold sulphide deposits (Bousquet V). The parameters of percolation rate, thiourea concentration, oxidant (H 2 O 2, Fe 3+) and particle size were studied. In order to limit the thiourea decomposition and to achieve the optimization of gold extraction, the leaching potential must be maintained at 420mV ~ 450mV (S.H.E). The maximum extraction rate of Bousquet V ore reaches 76% (H 2 O 2) and 83% (Fe 3+) after 75 days of leaching. The consumption of thiourea depends on the Tu / oxidant concentration ratio and the nature of the oxidizer used. Acid consumption varies with ore particle size (-9.54 mm / + 1.63 mm for 100 kg / t; -19.04 mm / + 1.63 mm for 80 kg / t).
