以八珍汤10g/kg(八珍汤Ⅰ组)、20g/kg(八珍汤Ⅱ组)的剂量饲养18月龄大白鼠40天,同时分别投喂等容量的百年乐原液与蒸馏水作为阳性对照组与空白对照组。实验结果表明:八珍汤(Ⅱ组)和百年乐均可显著降低大白鼠的全血粘度(P<0.01)、血浆粘度(P<0.01)和纤维蛋白原含量(P<0.01),还能明显抑制大白鼠的血小板聚集作用,八珍汤(Ⅱ组)还能促进其血小板的解聚作用。结论:一定剂量的八珍汤对血液的“粘”、“浓”、“凝”、“聚”状态均具有明显的改善作用,初步为八珍汤的“活血化瘀”作用提供了实验依据。
