现代生活欣欣向荣,伴随着政治、经济、文化水平的不断提高,人们的生活节奏日益加快,生活中的压力也不断增加,由此也产生了一些负面影响。我们享受着亲情、爱情和友情的温暖,但同时也会存在着亲人、朋友与邻里之间的矛盾。生活中的琐事纠纷在所难免,原本都可以通过沟通、调解乃至诉诸法律来解决问题。然而,有些人却因为小事而斤斤计较,最终走上了伤人害命的犯罪道路,将别人也将自己带进了人生的悲剧之中。本文主要论述了“民转刑”案件的特点、类型、发生原因及法律适用等问题。
The modern life is thriving. Along with the continuous improvement in politics, economy and culture, the pace of people’s life is accelerating and the pressure in life is constantly increasing. As a result, some negative effects have also been produced. We enjoy the warmth of family, love and friendship, but there will also be conflicts between loved ones, friends and their neighbors. Trivial disputes in life are inevitable, originally can communicate, mediate and resort to law to solve the problem. However, some people are preoccupied with trivial matters and eventually embark on the path of lethal crimes. They have also brought themselves into the tragedy of life. This article mainly discusses the characteristics, types, causes of occurrence and application of law in the case of “civil revocation sentence”.
