目的:通过工作强度计算法对门诊药房排班进行优化。方法:对传统排班方式进行调研,计算出各时段前、后台调剂人员的工作强度,并利用图表形式分别反映出前、后台工作强度的波动趋势,通过数学换算后调整排班。结果:通过对前、后台调剂人员工作强度的趋势观察,确定前、后调剂工作人员的工作强度趋于一致;排班调整后,调剂人员工作强度波动明显减小。结论:门诊药房前、后台调剂人员1:1配置方式合理,采用工作强度计算法能使门诊药房排班更优化合理。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize outpatient pharmacy scheduling by calculating working intensity. Methods: The traditional shift schedule was investigated and calculated, and the working intensity of the swap staff before and after each period was calculated. The fluctuation trend of the working intensity of the front and backstage was respectively reflected in the chart form, and the schedule was adjusted through mathematical conversion. Results: Through the observation of the working intensity of the former and the background transfer staff, the working intensity of the former and latter transfer staff tend to be consistent; After the shift adjustment, the fluctuation of working intensity of the transfer staff is obviously reduced. Conclusion: The 1: 1 configuration of dispensing staff in front of pharmacy and outpatient pharmacy is reasonable, and the work intensity calculation method can make outpatient pharmacy scheduling more reasonable and reasonable.
