高中学生不同于小学生和初中生,这一阶段学生大都处于叛逆期,再加上受高考影响,高中生学习压力远大于初中学生,因而高中生往往难于管教。并且,我国高中班级管理长期以来都是粗放式管理模式,班主任偏向于人治管理、未重视学生心理健康教育,导致学生主体地位未得以充分体现,其根本原因在于高中班主任在教学管理中并未正确认识“以人为本”理念的重要性。因而,如何才能将“以人为本”理念完美融入高中班级管理中,进而使得高中学生得以全面发展,已经成为当前
High school students are different from primary school students and junior high school students. Most students at this stage are in a period of rebellion.
