近年来,应用碱性染料比色测定痕量铊的工作较多,因为这类试剂和铊反应的灵敏度和选择性均较好。乙基紫亦属这类试剂之一,曾用作锑的萃取-光度测定,在灵敏度和选择性方面较同类试剂有一定的优越性。本工作以乙基紫作铊(Ⅲ)的显色剂,研究了萃取-光度测定条件、乙基紫-氯铊酸有色化合物的光吸收性质和组成,并应用于铝合金和金属锌中痕量铊的测定。
