在豚鼠离体左心房及乳头状肌标本上、THB抑制左心房肌收缩力、IC5O为49.73μmol·L~(-1);降低自律性。使Ad诱发异位自律性的阈浓度提高,但对兴奋性无显著影响。THB30μmol·L~(-1)缩短APD30、APD50、相对延长3相复极时程DP_3减慢O相、Vmax、使ERP/APD比例稍提高。THB100μmol·L~(-1)还降低APA幅度、缩短APD90提示THB抗心律失常主要通过阻滞Ca~(2+)内流:也影响Na~+、K~+的跨膜转运而发挥作用。
THB isolated left atrial and papillary muscle specimens of guinea pigs, THB inhibited left atrial muscle contractility, IC50 of 49.73μmol·L -1; reduce self-discipline. The threshold concentration of Ad-induced ectopic self-regulation increased, but had no significant effect on excitability. THB30μmol·L -1 shortened APD30 and APD50, and prolonged 3-phase repolarization DP_3 slowed down O and Vmax, so that the ratio of ERP / APD slightly increased. THB100μmol·L -1 also decreased APA amplitude and shortened APD90, suggesting that anti-arrhythmia of THB mainly hinders Ca 2+ influx and transmembrane transport of Na ~ + and K ~ +.
