随着改革开放的不断深入和经济结构的调整,民营企业得到了迅速发展,已成为国民经济的重要组成部分。民营经济迅速发展的同时,职工的心理状态、价值观念都发生了新的改变,给民营企业思想政治工作增加了新的内容,丰富了新的内涵,更提出新的要求。因此,应以开放型的思想政治工作新模式服务于开放的市场经济新体制,使企业思想政治工作做到与时俱进,不断创新。首先,重视和发挥思想政治工作的导向功能,引导民营企业树立大局观。思想政治工作的导向功能,就是用党的思想理论和社会主义价值观念去影响社会和凝聚群众,引导人们树立正确的思想观念,形成并坚持正确的行为方式。在市场经济条件下,人们思想活跃,民主意识、参与意识增强,思想政治工作正好大有用武之地,可以运用宣传、启发、动员、引导、培训、监督、批评等方法,起到解疑释惑、
