Career designers increasingly find themselves facing the global market competition. For a large design firm, 30% of its business comes from international projects already commonplace. Competition in the global arena is divided into several levels, one of which is to ensure that you have a group of talented and well-trained professionals while at the same time finding and recruiting the most talented and best educated professionals on a global scale.
