种子发芽率的测定是种子品质检验中的一项重要内容,一般都在试验室内进行。但试验室内种子发芽率的测定是在最适的发芽条件下进行的,其发芽率必定要比田间的环境条件下场圃发芽率为高。测定场圃发芽率的高低,能较正确地掌握种子的实用价值,较能合理地使用种子。还可看出不同种源的种子在发芽期间对试验地的自然条件适应情况。场圃发芽率通常是结合育苗试验进行。由于试验占地面积较大,不仅调查不便,而且环境条件、管理条件差异也较大。为了消除这些影响,宜设立专门的小块试验区。本文试图比较在种源育苗试验
