75AT尖轨是将60AT钢轨一端600 mm范围内压制成75 kg/m钢轨断面,另一端从端面到一定长度范围内的轨头经铣削加工成特定形状而成,是道岔转辙部位的重要部件。其主要用于大秦线重载线路,因线路上开行的多是万吨级列车,对AT尖轨造成严重损伤,尖轨未到设计使用寿命就因磨耗量超出范围而下道。介绍了75AT尖轨试制的技术方案和产品的试制过程和检验结果,对关键工序和在试制过程中遇到的技术难点和存在的问题提出了切实可行的解决方案。

This paper introduces the trial production process and test results of 75AT sharp rail trial production technology and puts forward practical solutions to the key processes and the technical difficulties encountered in the trial production process and the existing problems.
