全国监狱劳教系统基层基础建设活动正在如火如荼地开展,如何夯实基层基础,迎接新的挑战,成为当前亟待解决的命题。笔者认为做好监狱基层基础建设工作,需要上下协调联动,即监狱自身的努力探索实践与上层政策的支持与推动。本文结合当前监狱管理工作实际,探讨新形势下夯实监狱基层基础建设的有效途径。
The grass-roots infrastructure construction activities in the prisons throughout the country are being carried out in full swing. How to consolidate the grass-roots foundation and meet the new challenges has become a proposition that needs to be resolved urgently. The author believes that to do a good job in grassroots basic construction of the prison requires coordination and linkage from top to bottom, that is, the efforts of the prison itself to explore practice and support and promotion of the upper-level policies. Based on the actual prison management work, this article explores the effective ways to consolidate the grassroots basic construction in prisons under the new situation.
