旋转防喷器是负压钻井和不压井起下钻的重要装备之一,是打开油气层和带压修井的动密封装置。新疆石油管理局在油井大修作业中进行不压井修井作业,而需要使用特殊要求的旋转防喷器,因此由四川石油管理局钻采工艺研究所承接了FS12/05型旋转防喷器的设计任务。1985年底完成没计,由重庆工程矿山机械工业公司二厂进行试制,样机已于1986年6月经调试合格出厂,发往新疆进行工业性试验。
