病案数字化管理形势下,病案示踪系统的应用改革传统病案流通模式,优化了病案流通工作。通过研究分析得出应用示踪系统后病案流通各环节所需时间明显缩短,提供借阅、复印病历所需时间缩短、差错发生减少,医生、患者或家属、保险、司法部门对病案服务的满意度明显提高。表明病案示踪系统的应用提高病案室工作效率及病案借阅、复印的服务质量,推动病案管理的科学、有效发展。
Under the circumstance of digitalized medical record management, the application of medical record tracing system reformed the traditional medical record circulation mode and optimized medical record circulation. Through the research and analysis, it is concluded that the time required for the circulation of medical records after application of the tracing system is significantly shortened, the time required for lending and photocopying medical records is shortened, the errors are reduced, and the satisfaction of doctors, patients or their families, insurance and judicial departments on medical record services Significantly improved. This shows that the application of the medical record tracking system can improve the work efficiency of medical record rooms and the service quality of medical records borrowing and photocopying and promote the scientific and effective development of medical record management.
