目的:研究补中益气丸中黄芪甲苷的转移率,探讨氨试液对补中益气丸中黄芪甲苷转移率的影响方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法测定补中益气丸中黄芪甲苷的转移率,UPLC-MS液质联用法考察碱性环境(氨试液)下对黄芪甲苷转移率的影响结果:现行标准下测定补中益气丸中黄芪甲苷转移率高达400%;氨试液作用下,黄芪药材中黄芪皂苷Ⅰ,Ⅱ转化为黄芪甲苷,黄芪皂苷Ⅲ相对稳定。结论:黄芪甲苷转移率存在异常偏高,黄芪药材及含黄芪的制剂以黄芪甲苷作为定量的指标存在着一定的不合理性,其他皂苷类成分可以转化为黄芪甲苷。
OBJECTIVE: To study the metastatic rate of astragaloside IV in Buzhongyiqi pill and explore the effect of ammonia solution on astragaloside transfer rate in Buzhongyiqi pill.METHODS: Astragaloside A was determined by HPLC-ELSD Glycoside transfer rate, UPLC-MS LC / MS analysis of the impact of alkaline environment (ammonia solution) on the transfer rate of astragaloside IV results: the determination of the current standard Astragaloside Buzhongyiqi transfer rate of up to 400% ; Ammonia test solution, astragalus Astragalus saponin Ⅰ, Ⅱ into astragaloside, Astragaloside Ⅲ relatively stable. CONCLUSION: Astragaloside transfer rate is abnormally high. Astragaloside and Astragalus membranaceus preparations contain astragaloside as a quantitative index, and some other saponin components can be converted into astragaloside IV.
