目的了解药房处方调剂当中药师对抗菌药物干预的临床价值。方法本院自2014年后,药房处方抗菌药物调剂中开始有药师干预,分别抽取干预前和干预后药房抗菌药物相关处方各200份,将其作为本文分析的资料对象,回顾性分析后了解药房处方抗菌药物调剂中药师干预的作用。结果经过药师干预后,药房处方在用药频率排序方面有明显改善,前后情况统计学软件处理提示P<0.05;相对于干预前,干预后抗菌药物在单独使用、二联以及三联或者以上情况两者数据存在差异,统计学软件处理提示P<0.05;在对抗菌药物应用过程中存在的不合理现象,干预前后两者对比数据存在统计学差异,P<0.05。结论药房处方在进行调剂的过程中重视药师对于抗菌药物的干预效果,对合理用药以及保障患者健康和预后质量有重要价值,有利于促进和谐医患环境,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective To understand the pharmacological interventions of pharmacists among pharmacy prescriptions.
