在石油化工机械及空分设备的容器生产中,薄壁封头的压延是经常遇到的。但这种封头,压延工艺性很差,质量难以保证,经压延后常在封头周边出现严重的皱折,冲压工人称之为“八角帽”。所以,如何消除薄壁封头的皱折,提高压延质量,一直是个令人关注的问题。仅就我厂压延各种准椭圆形封头来说,生产实践证明: 当封头D_0-D<20t时,无需压边,即能成形。而当45t>D_0-D≥20t时,只用普通压边圈,就能一次成形。式中:D_0-封头坯料直径。 D-封头直径。
