在体内用正常小鼠脾及人体外周血淋巴细胞就犬弓蛔虫抗原(TcAg)对淋巴细胞的作用进行了研究。成虫的TcAg在浓度为1~125μg/ml时能刺激小鼠脾细胞增殖。TcAg的应答细胞为B细胞,因为经抗免疫球蛋白抗体和补体处理或尼龙棉柱分离后,应答消失。此应答不是由脂多糖(LPS)的污染引起的,因为TcAg能刺激作为LPS的低应答者的C3H/HeJ脾细胞。TcAg不但刺激增殖反应,而且刺激多克隆IgG和IgE产生。TcAg还刺激巨噬细胞产生白细胞介素-1并刺激人的B细胞。上述结果还表明TcAg是一个有效的促B细胞有丝分裂原,其活性与感染犬弓蛔虫宿主的免疫功能的改变有关。
The effects of TcAg on lymphocytes in normal mice spleen and human peripheral blood lymphocytes were studied in vivo. Adult TcAg can stimulate mouse spleen cell proliferation at a concentration of 1 ~ 125μg / ml. The TcAg responsive cells are B cells, as the response disappears after anti-immunoglobulin antibodies and complement treatment or nylon wool column separation. This response is not caused by contamination with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) because TcAg stimulates C3H / HeJ splenocytes, which are low responders to LPS. TcAg not only stimulates the proliferative response, but also stimulates polyclonal IgG and IgE production. TcAg also stimulates macrophages to produce interleukin-1 and stimulates human B cells. The above results also show that TcAg is a potent pro-B cell mitogen whose activity correlates with the alteration of immune function in host of T. gondii.
