目的探索临床医用1.5TMR成像仪对人类结肠癌荷瘤裸鼠模型行常规MR成像及氢质子MR频谱(1H-MR spectroscopy,1H-MRS)分析的可能性。方法人类结肠癌SW480肿瘤块种植于25只麻醉状态下的裸鼠皮下制成结肠癌异位移植瘤裸鼠模型。给予荷瘤鼠行MR T1WI、T2WI、1H-MRS扫描,并与病理所见对比。结果25只裸鼠均成瘤。T2WI图像均能清晰显示肿瘤,肿瘤T1WI信号与肌肉等,T2WI为高信号,中央坏死区为更高信号。18只鼠MRS单体素采集成功,22只二维多体素采集成功,25只三维多体素采集成功。结论临床医用1.5TMR与临床医用线圈对人类结肠癌裸鼠模型可行1H-MRS研究,常规MRI T2WI图像可反映移植瘤的病理改变,研究结果更容易反映临床人类疾病的特点。
Objective To explore the possibility of clinical MR imaging and 1H-MR spectroscopy in human colon cancer-bearing nude mice by 1.5T MR imaging system. Methods Human colon cancer SW480 tumor mass was implanted into nude mice of 25 nude mice under anesthesia subcutaneously to establish a nude mouse model of xenografted colon cancer. Tumor bearing rats were given MR T1WI, T2WI and 1H-MRS scans, and compared with the pathological findings. Results 25 nude mice all formed tumors. T2WI images can clearly show the tumor, tumor T1WI signal and muscle, T2WI is high signal, the central necrosis area is a higher signal. Eighteen rat MRS single voxels were successfully collected, 22 two-dimensional voxels were successfully collected and 25 three-dimensional voxels were successfully collected. Conclusion Clinical MRI and clinical coil can be used to study 1H-MRS in human colon cancer nude mice model. Conventional MRI T2WI images can reflect the pathological changes of xenografts, and the results more easily reflect the characteristics of clinical human diseases.
