创建劳动关系和谐企业是工会维护职工合法权益、协调企业劳动关系的有效形式和栽体。作为国企的工会组织成员,应重点从促进职工稳定、提高经济效益、规范企业管理三个方面,运用正反典型事例,开展“劳动关系和谐企业”创建活动,更重要的是发挥职工科学创新能力,增加企业效益,实现企业良性发展。
To create a harmonious labor relations business union is to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers, to coordinate the effective form of labor relations and plant culture. As a member of a state-owned union, we should focus on promoting employees’ stability, improving economic efficiency, and standardizing the management of enterprises. By using positive and negative typical examples, we should carry out activities to create a harmonious enterprise with labor relations and, more importantly, play a role of worker science Innovative ability, increase business efficiency, achieve the healthy development of enterprises.
