教学效率主要涉及的因素是教师和学生。现在的课堂是以学生的学为主,如果任由学生放羊式学习,效率当然不会高;如果任由教师包办代替,效率当然也不会高。教学是一个双边活动,其中教师的“导演”功能起着至关重要的作用。如何才能做到化学教学的有效性呢?我认为,就是不断地剔除教学中无效的教学活动和低效的教学活动。
The main factors involved in teaching efficiency are teachers and students. The present class is mainly based on the students’ learning. If the students are allowed to study sheep, the efficiency will not be high. If teachers are allowed to take the place of teachers, the efficiency will not be high. Teaching is a bilateral activity, in which teachers’ “director” functions play a crucial role. How to achieve the effectiveness of chemistry teaching? I think, is to constantly remove teaching invalid teaching activities and inefficient teaching activities.
