介绍了一种能合理利用激光器连续工作能力的三工位光路转换装置;分析了透射聚焦和反射聚焦的优缺点及其应用领域,其中反射聚焦中分析了球面镜反射聚焦和离轴抛物面反射聚焦两种形式;最后简要介绍了能量均匀分布的线形光斑和矩形光斑的整合方式。
A three-station optical path conversion device which can reasonably utilize the continuous working ability of the laser is introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the transmission focusing and the reflection focusing are analyzed, and the application fields thereof are analyzed. In the reflection focusing, the spherical focusing and the off-axis parabolic reflection focusing are analyzed Finally, a brief introduction to the integration of linear spot and rectangular spot with uniform energy distribution is given.
