结膜炎临床表现一般较易认识,但不同的病因可有相同的表现,亦可同一病因有不同的表现。因此,有些结膜炎不能单凭裸眼或放大观察确诊或作出鉴别诊断。细菌学检查、细胞学检查对结膜炎的诊断及鉴别诊断有一定价值。细菌学检查较复杂,而细胞学检查则简单易行。关于结膜刮片细胞学的研究,武汉医学院做了大量工作。我们近年来也开展此项工作,亦体会到此法可辅助结膜炎的诊断及鉴别诊断。取材方法:0.5％或1％地卡因充分麻醉结膜后,翻转上睑,用锐利小园刀片于上睑板
