1980~1996年,利用太湖流域粳稻品种和从国内外引进的品种对其中江浙改良品种(系)和杂交育成品种(系)的系谱作了分析;对其抗稻瘟病性能的传递、性状的互补、杂种后代结构变化等问题进行了研究;探讨了太湖地区粳稻育种亲本选配规律;围绕正确选择亲本进行了早熟晚粳新品种的选育。从而提出了使太湖地方品种与现代改良品种相结合及类间差异大的江、浙改良品种相结合,以解决生物学产量下降和增高收获指数的矛盾、高产和优质的矛盾,逐步创造出太湖地区新一代的高产、稳产、优质粳稻改良品种的常规育种途径。
From 1980 to 1996, the pedigree of japonica rice cultivars (lines) and hybrid breeding cultivars (lines) in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces were analyzed by using japonica rice varieties introduced from the Taihu Lake and varieties introduced from home and abroad. The gene transfer of rice blast resistance and its complementarity , The structure changes of hybrid offspring were studied. The matching rules of Japonica rice breeding parents in Taihu Lake area were explored. The breeding of early maturing late Japonica rice was carried out based on the correct choice of parents. Therefore, it is proposed that the combination of improved breeds of Taihu Lake with modern improved breeds and the improved breeds of Jiang and Zhe with big differences among different breeds will be proposed to solve the contradiction, high yield and high quality between the decline of biological yield and the increase of harvest index, A new generation of high-yielding, stable, high-quality japonica rice varieties improved conventional breeding methods.
