讨论了文南油田联合站原油稳定系统中稳定塔进口发生堵塞的原因 ,认为盐堵主要是由于原油中所含盐分析出造成的。根据脱盐原理提出以下改进措施 :利用备用脱水器作电脱盐器 ;增设一台上水泵 ,泵出口管线连接脱盐器进口 ,电脱盐器在脱水器之前运行 ;将稳定塔进口环形喷管分成 3段并将喷孔扩大 ,然后用机械方法固定以便随时拆下来解堵。措施实施效果明显
