环介导等温扩增(loop-mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)技术是一种新型的分子生物学检测技术,该技术在60~65℃恒温条件下,反应1 h内,可把目的基因扩增到109倍。LAMP方法简单,检测快速,灵敏特异,无需特殊仪器,已广泛应用于多种细菌、病毒以及寄生虫等检测研究。充分利用LAMP技术优势,建立肠道传染病LAMP检测方法,可以提高诊断检测的效率与可靠性,节约检测时间及成本,为肠道传染病的防治提供有力的技术支持。该文综述了近年来LAMP在细菌性肠道传染病检测中的研究进展,并对LAMP方法在肠道传染病诊断中的应用前景做了展望。
Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is a new molecular biological detection technique. The technology can amplify the target gene within 1 h at a constant temperature of 60-65 ℃ 109 times. LAMP method is simple, rapid detection, sensitive and specific, without special instruments, has been widely used in a variety of bacteria, viruses and parasites detection research. Making full use of the advantages of LAMP technology, the establishment of LAMP detection method for intestinal infectious diseases can improve the efficiency and reliability of diagnostic tests, save the testing time and cost, and provide powerful technical support for the prevention and treatment of intestinal infectious diseases. This review summarizes the recent progress of LAMP in the detection of bacterial enteric infections and prospects for the application of LAMP in the diagnosis of intestinal infectious diseases.
