我国台湾省科技人员于1976年在Penaeus occidentalis(对虾属一种)的人工育苗中,成功地用鸡蛋黄和虫卵黄微粒取代骨条藻和卤虫饲育溞状期和糠虾期幼虫。本文在上述试验成功的基础上,作者于1979年11月~1980年6月在日本对虾的育苗中采用上述方法进行了实验。试验结果表明,日本对虾的溞状体用卵黄粒代替骨条藻饲育,在密度155尾以下/升(15.5万/米~3)成活率可达100%,生产一千万尾虾苗仅用40只鸡蛋即可。用虫卵黄粒替换卤虫
