Q-51汽车起重机变幅机构中蜗杆及传动轴的轴端花键部分,因抗扭性能较差,在满负荷或偶有超负荷的情况下,使用一段时间后,普遍产生扭变形,使传动轴万向节也有损坏,严重时就得更换配件。这样既影响安全生产,又会增大维修费用。为此,我们先后对两台起重机采取了减轻轴负荷防止扭变形的改进措施,效果显著。现简要介绍如下:
The shaft end spline part of the worm and drive shaft in the luffing mechanism of the Q-51 truck crane has poor torsional resistance. Under full or occasional overload conditions, the twisting deformation is generally generated after a period of time. The universal shaft of the drive shaft is also damaged. In severe cases, parts must be replaced. This will not only affect safe production, but also increase maintenance costs. To this end, we have adopted two cranes to improve the measures to reduce the axial load to prevent torsional deformation, the effect is significant. It is briefly introduced as follows:
