目的分析腱鞘巨细胞瘤的声像图特征,探讨彩超对腱鞘巨细胞瘤的提示诊断价值。方法回顾分析31例经手术病理证实的腱鞘巨细胞瘤的超声表现,并与CT和MRI检查进行综合分析。结果腱鞘巨细胞瘤为肌腱或关节旁的低回声实质肿块,单发或多发,境界清晰,形态规则或不规则,内部回声均匀,少数可见液化或钙化。肿块可压迫骨骼或侵及关节囊。CDFI肿块内部常见较丰富的血流信号。结论彩超对腱鞘巨细胞瘤提示诊断正确率高,操作方便,可作为该病的首选辅助检查。
Objective To analyze the ultrasonographic features of giant cell tumor of tendon sheath and to explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of giant cell tumor of tendon sheath. Methods The ultrasound findings of 31 cases of giant cell tumor of tendon sheath confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The CT and MRI were analyzed comprehensively. Results Tenosynovial giant cell tumor was a hypoechoic mass adjacent to the tendon or joint, with single or multiple appearances. The state of the tendon sheath was clear and regular or irregular. The internal echo was uniform and a few were liquefied or calcified. Mass can compress bone or invade the joint capsule. CDFI mass within the common rumor signal. Conclusion Ultrasonography of tendon sheath giant cell tumor prompt diagnosis of high accuracy, easy to operate, can be used as the preferred auxiliary examination of the disease.
