采用32对SSR引物对西北地区的40份糯玉米的遗传多样性进行分析,研究西北地区糯玉米种质资源的遗传多样性。结果表明,供试材料中检测出152个等位基因变异,每对引物可检测等位基因2~9个,平均4.75个。SSR的引物的PIC值介于0.303~0.862之间,平均多态性信息量为0.632。聚类分析表明,在遗传相似性系数(GS)0.662水平上40个自交系可聚成5类,主坐标分析将其分为4类9组。2种分类方法获得的结果基本吻合,主坐标分析能更为真实反映40个糯玉米自交系间的亲缘关系。
32 pairs of SSR primers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 40 waxy maize cultivars in Northwest China to study the genetic diversity of waxy maize germplasm in Northwest China. The results showed that 152 alleles were detected in the tested materials, with 2 to 9 alleles per primer pair, with an average of 4.75. The PIC value of SSR primers ranged from 0.303 to 0.862, and the average amount of polymorphic information was 0.632. Cluster analysis showed that 40 inbred lines could be clustered into 5 types at the genetic similarity coefficient (GS) of 0.662, which was divided into 4 groups and 9 groups by principal coordinate analysis. The results obtained by the two classification methods are basically consistent, and the main coordinate analysis can more truly reflect the genetic relationship among 40 waxy maize inbred lines.
