新一届中央领导高度重视法治建设。党的十八大提出,全面推进依法治国,把法治作为治国理政的基本方式。在纪念现行宪法颁布实施30周年大会上,习近平总书记对全面贯彻实施宪法提出四项要求。在对政法工作的批示中,习近平总书记提出推进法治中国建设的目标。新一届中央政治局就全面推进依法治国第四次集体学习时,习近平总书记强调坚持“法治国家、法治政府、法治社会一体建设”。今年济南市《政府工作报告》也对推进法治济南作出部署。
The new central leadership attaches great importance to the rule of law.
