印刷用纸对白度要求较高,目前常采用漂白化学原生浆生产。实验尝试加填原位沉积CaCO_3的方法来改善废纸浆的光学性能,以提高印刷用纸生产过程中废纸浆利用率。研究结果表明,采用原位沉积CaCO_3的方法加填于脱墨白色账簿纸浆,可有效改善纸张的光学性能,如提高白度和降低ERIC。同时,还研究了纤维对CaCO_3的吸附能力。
Printing paper on the higher degree of whiteness, the current use of bleached chemical primary pulp often used. Experiments try to fill in situ deposition of CaCO_3 method to improve the optical properties of waste paper pulp in order to improve the utilization of waste paper pulp production process. The results show that the in-situ deposition of CaCO_3 in deinking white paper pulp can effectively improve the paper’s optical properties, such as improving whiteness and reducing ERIC. At the same time, the fiber adsorption capacity of CaCO_3 was also studied.
