通过对项目课程模式的实践探索分析,对照《江苏省职业学校专业指导性课程方案研发指南》,结合学生认知特点,提出在教育过程中实行“合格”教育。遵循学生认知最近发展区教育原则,把专业按学习领域从低到高划分出若干培训目标,学生根据自己认知能力特点,通过不同等级的培训项目,最终成为具备优良综合素质和掌握合格技能的多层次、多职业能力的合格毕业生,实现就业“零过度”上岗。
Through the practice exploration and analysis of the project curricula, the author puts forward that the “qualified” education should be implemented in the process of education according to the “Guidelines for the Development and Research of Professional Guidance Curricula of Vocational Schools in Jiangsu Province” and the characteristics of students’ cognition. Following the principles of education of students in the recent development zones, the training programs are divided into a number of training objectives from low to high in the field of study. According to their own cognitive abilities, students through different levels of training programs eventually become qualified students with excellent comprehensive qualifications and skills The multi-level, multi-professional ability of qualified graduates to achieve employment “zero over ” posts.
