对野生蔬菜地笋的温度生物学进行了研究,结果表明:播种后土壤中地笋根状茎萌发的最低地温为4.3℃;空气中地笋根状茎萌发的最适温度为20℃,并且播后第1d就观察到萌发现象,萌发的天数仅为3d;10cm地温对地笋出苗影响最大且出苗最适10cm地温范围为13.3℃~22.7℃;除株展外,株高、茎粗、叶数和叶面积均与10cm和15cm地温呈极显著正相关,与气温呈显著正相关,幼苗生长最适10cm地温范围为17.7℃~27.7℃,最适的气温范围为17.0℃~24.7℃;地笋幼苗的地上部分致死温度是-12℃;地笋根状茎的致死气温是-24℃。
The results showed that the minimum ground temperature of shoot rhizome germination in soil was 4.3 ℃ after sowing and that of rhizome in air was 20 ℃. The germination was observed on the first day after sowing, and the number of days germinated was only 3d. The 10cm soil temperature had the most significant effect on shoot emergence and the optimum 10cm soil temperature range was 13.3 ℃ ~ 22.7 ℃. The plant height, stem diameter, Leaf number and leaf area were significantly and positively correlated with the 10cm and 15cm soil temperature, and positively correlated with the temperature. The optimal temperature range for the seedling growth was 17.7 ℃ ~ 27.7 ℃ and the optimum temperature range was 17.0 ℃ ~ 24.7 ℃. To shoot shoots of the ground part of the lethal temperature is -12 ℃; shoot shoot rhizome lethal temperature is -24 ℃.
