横贯山东全境的胶济铁路,是山东省的一条人动脉,是我国最早建设的铁路之一。胶济铁路始建于1899年(清光绪25年)9月30日,于1904年6月青岛至济南主干线通车,其博山支线也于同年通车。它的另一条支线——铁山支线,至1919年(民国8年)3月亦建成通车。这条由德国兴建,后被日本占据的总长达455.99公里的铁路,直到1923年才由中国政府以四仟万元偿金赎回,由中国人接
Jiaoji Railway running through Shandong Province is an artery in Shandong Province and one of the earliest railways in our country. Jiaoji Railway was founded in 1899 (25 years Guangxu Guang) September 30, in June 1904 Qingdao to Jinan trunk line opened to traffic, its Boshan branch also opened to traffic in the same year. Another branch of it, the Tieshan branch, was opened to traffic in March 1919 (the 8th year of the Republic of China) in March. This piece of railroad built by Germany and occupied by Japan after a total length of 455.99 kilometers was not redeemed by the Chinese government until 1923 with a repayment of 40 million yuan by the Chinese government.
