本文通过文献资料法、经验总结法对比赛教学法在高校体育系排球选项教学中的运用进行了探讨,得出在高校体育系排球教学方面缺乏行之有效的教学方法,以教师为中心的教学模式依然很普遍,没有充分发挥学生的主体作用,也缺少对学生进行科学、客观、全面的能力评估,这些不足影响了高素质人才的培养。因而有必要把比赛教学法引入排球课教学过程中,这是一种比较理想的教学方法之一。比赛教学法的主要特点是具有“竞争”因素,参加者的情绪高涨,能促使参加者最大限度地展现出机体能力。
This article discusses the application of the competition teaching method in volleyball option teaching of physical education department in colleges and universities through documentary data and experience summarizing method. It concludes that there is a lack of effective teaching methods in volleyball teaching of physical education department in colleges and universities. Teacher-centered teaching The model is still very common. It does not give full play to the main role of students, and lack of scientific, objective and comprehensive assessment of students’ ability. These problems have affected the training of highly qualified personnel. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce competition teaching into volleyball teaching process, which is one of the more ideal teaching methods. The main characteristic of the competition pedagogy is that it has “competition ” factors, and the high emotion of the participants can encourage the participants to show the maximum capacity of the body.
