目的探讨多模式脑诱发电位对早期未治疗帕金森病(Parkinsons disease,PD)的诊断价值。方法未经治疗的早期PD患者33例(PD组)和同期体检健康者31例(对照组),2组分别进行视觉诱发电位、脑干听觉诱发电位、短潜伏期躯体感觉诱发电位和瞬目反射的综合测试,并进行2组间比较。结果 PD组视觉诱发电位的P100潜伏期、脑干听觉诱发电位的Ⅴ波潜伏期及Ⅲ-Ⅴ波峰间潜伏期、Ⅰ-Ⅴ波峰间潜伏期和瞬目反射的R2波及R2波潜伏期均较对照组明显延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组短潜伏期躯体感觉诱发电位各波潜伏期差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PD早期存在视觉传导通路和脑干传导通路损害,对PD患者进行多模式脑诱发电位检测有助于疾病早期诊断。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multimodal brain evoked potentials in early untreated Parkinson’s disease (PD). Methods Thirty-three patients with early-stage PD without PD (PD group) and 31 healthy-control subjects with the same period (control group) were enrolled in this study. Visual evoked potentials, brainstem auditory evoked potentials, short-term somatosensory evoked potentials The comprehensive test, and for comparison between the two groups. Results The latent period of P100 and the latent period of Ⅲ-Ⅴ wave between the latent period of Ⅰ-Ⅴ wave and the R2 wave of instantaneous reflection and the latency of R2 wave were all significantly prolonged in PD group compared with control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in latency of somatosensory evoked potentials between two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions The early visual impairment of PD and the damage of brainstem conduction pathways may be helpful for the early diagnosis of PD.
