小组合作学习是学生之间面对面的促进性的生生互动学习活动。《数学课程标准》中明确指出:“有效的数学活动不能单纯地依赖模仿与记忆,动手实践、自主探索与合作交流是学生学习数学的重要方法。”“小组合作学习模式”是实现这一目标的重要途径。但是在实践过程中,部分教师对合作学习缺乏理性的认识,从而导致操作上流于形式,实效性不强。1.小组成员间缺乏必要的人际交流和小组合作技能,学生不知道怎样与他人进行有效的互动。
