根据历史数据和专家经验,建立了变频制冷装置过热度控制知识库和控制规则,设计了过热度专家PID控制器,对变频制冷装置的不同运行工况进行过热度控制试验。实验结果表明:制冷装置开机阶段,调节时间为300s左右;正常运行阶段,过热度设定值改变时,过热度超调量小于0.5℃,调节过程时间小于60s;过热度超调量和调节时间随着压缩机转速的提高而减少,表现出良好的动态响应特性。
Based on historical data and expert experience, the knowledge base and control rules of superheat control of inverter refrigeration system are established. The superheat expert PID controller is designed and the superheat control test is carried out for different operating conditions of inverter refrigeration unit. The experimental results show that the cooling time is about 300s during the start-up phase of the refrigeration unit. During normal operation, the overheating of the superheat is less than 0.5 ℃ during the normal operation and the setting time is less than 60s. The superheat overshoot and adjustment time As the compressor speed increases and decreases, showing good dynamic response.
