水泵检修实训在传统的教学模式中,存在着学时分配不合理、不利于学生综合能力提升等缺点。通过对水泵检修实训项目进行基于工作过程的改革,采用行动导向、任务驱动的教学模式,使“教学”向“学习”转换,将原本独立进行的多级离心式水泵拆装与检查和转子测量两个项目融合在一起,优化了学时的分配,使学生能更好地理解水泵检修整个实训项目是一体的,有利于提高学生的专业能力、方法能力和社会能力。
