对40例肺部感染患者(观察组)及15例无明显肺部感染者(对照组)经纤维支气管镜使用双套管防污染标本刷(PSB)采样进行细菌培养,观察组病原菌检出阳性率为62.5%(25/40),而对照组无一例阳性。对观察组21例经涂片镜检合格的痰标本进行细菌培养,分离出低浓度菌16株,高浓度菌12株,而双套管防污染标本刷采样分离到低浓度菌4株,高浓度菌25株,痰标本分离到的病原菌与PSB采样分离到的病原菌的符合率为32.1%,提示经纤维支气管镜行PSB采样病原菌分离阳性率高,防污染性能好,而经口痰培养敏感性低,可靠性差。
Forty cases of pulmonary infection (observation group) and 15 cases of non-pulmonary infection (control group) were examined by fiberoptic bronchoscopy with double-tube stain-proof brush (PSB) for bacterial culture.
