溶菌酶(Lysozyme)在局部组织和器官的防御中起主要作用。作者观察了31例喉癌(角化型鳞癌18例,非角化型10例,低分化型2例,乳头状瘤癌变1例。病期:Ⅱ9例,Ⅲ_a 15例,Ⅲ_b6例,Ⅳ1例),并检查了癌灶及其周围组织(距癌灶0.5,1.0及1.5 cm)的溶菌酶含量。检测结果:癌灶内的含量亦低。邻近肿瘤边缘外观正常的组织,溶菌酶含量降低到6.2±0.5μg/mg蛋白,组织学检查其中17例有癌瘤结构。距癌灶1~1.5 cm的含量为11.4±0.6μg/mg蛋白(属正常值),此处在镜检下均未见癌细胞。按在内生型及放疗后再手术的病例,肉眼很难区分肿瘤和健康组织界限。因此,作者认为喉癌手术应
Lysozyme plays a major role in the defense of local tissues and organs. The authors observed 31 cases of laryngeal carcinoma (18 cases of keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma, 10 cases of non-keratinized, 2 cases of poorly differentiated, 1 case of papilloma carcinoma.
